How we operate

Supply & contract framework

We structure supply around each buyer's program. Volumes and delivery schedules are defined operation by operation — we do not publish fixed quantities.

Annual supply contracts

Ongoing programs can be arranged under annual agreements with defined delivery periods.

Volume per operation

Shipment size is agreed case by case with the buyer, based on actual demand and logistics.

Flexible scheduling

Delivery timing aligned to each buyer's demand calendar and destination port requirements.

Availability for any specific operation, quantity or period is confirmed at the time of enquiry and assessed individually.

What we can quote

Every quotation is prepared specifically for the buyer

Pricing and commercial conditions are never standard. Each offer is built around the buyer's exact requirement and depends on the following variables:

03

04

Packaging

05

Commercial condition

Offers are quoted FOB at an Argentine port (Incoterms® 2020).

Frequently asked questions

Common questions from buyers

Is Abraxas Group a mill, a producer, or a trading company?

We are an international business developer. Abraxas Group is not a mill, a producer, or a manufacturer. We operate as a commercial intermediary, connecting qualified international buyers with established Argentine export capacity and coordinating the full commercial and logistical framework of each operation — from the initial enquiry through to contract and shipment.

Is there a minimum order volume?

Volume per operation is agreed individually with each buyer, based on their actual demand and logistics requirements. We do not publish a fixed minimum. Please include your target volume in your enquiry and we will confirm feasibility.

Which Incoterms do you work with?

We quote FOB at an Argentine port (Incoterms® 2020). The buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance from there.

How long does it take to receive a commercial offer?

Once we have the buyer's complete specifications — grade, volume, destination port, packaging, and delivery schedule — we typically issue a commercial proposal within a few business days. More complex or large-volume operations may require additional time for validation with the supply chain.

Can you provide a sample or a Certificate of Analysis?

Sample availability and technical documentation — including Certificates of Analysis — are confirmed at the time of enquiry. These are provided as part of the commercial process once the buyer's requirements are confirmed.

How do I start the process?

Fill in the enquiry form on this page or contact us directly by email or WhatsApp. Include as much detail as possible about your requirement: technical specifications, volume, and destination port. We will follow up with any clarifying questions and, once we have all the information needed, issue a tailored commercial offer.
